This page explains what personal data we collect when you submit the contact form, what we use it for, and how we handle it, in line with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.
Data we collect
We collect only the data you enter into the contact form yourself:
- Full name — to address and reach the right person.
- Email — to reply to your consultation request.
- Phone number — to reach you quickly when you allow it.
- Company — to understand context and advise appropriately.
- Message content — to understand what you want to discuss.
Purpose of use
The data serves one purpose only: contacting you for the consultation you asked for. We don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
How we process and protect the data
Each submission is processed only when you tick the consent box; without consent, we store nothing.
The data is stored in an internal CRM on private infrastructure, reachable only by consultation staff. The browser never calls the CRM directly — every request goes through a server middle layer, so secret keys are never exposed to the user.
We keep the data only as long as the consultation needs it, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Send your request through the contact form and we’ll handle it.
